Welcome to Small Animal Emergency Services
"We Save the Day in the Middle of the Night."
SAES is located at 5091 U.S. Highway 1 North in Vass, North Carolina.
We are open Monday through Friday 6 pm to 8 am, and we are open 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
Established in 2006 by Dr. Ann Turner.
Our 4000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility never closes for inclement weather.
"The doctor and staff at SAES were compassionate, kind, and cared about my Spike's health. As well as comforting to a worrisome fur-mom. The expenses were a lot less than I expected. Remember that this is an emergency hospital. They work nights, weekends, and holidays to save lives and miss time with their own families to do so."
"The staff at this clinic go above and beyond in every way to take care of their patients. They meet owners and pets at their worst, sad, stressed, worried, sick (and in many cases, too sick to make it)."
"Our family pet had seven small masses removed last night. She was in surgery for three hours, and she survived to live for a long time more. I want to thank the doctor and the techs who were with her throughout this whole ordeal and to say thanks for a job well done. Compassion and caring can be found here, and that is the most important for me."
"They have saved four of my furbabies now."
"I had to bring my baby boy in. The staff was extremely friendly and kept me up to date on everything they were doing. I didn't feel like I was in an emergency clinic with my dog. I felt like they were family and cared as much for my baby as I do. Thank you so much for everything."
